Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Voyageria, hereinafter referred to as the “Agency,” and the clients availing travel services from the Agency. By engaging in any transaction or utilizing any services offered by the Agency, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Booking and Payment:

1.1 Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information while making reservations or bookings.

1.2 A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking, and payment methods accepted by the Agency will be communicated to the clients during the booking process.

 

Pricing and Cancellations:

2.1 Prices quoted by the Agency are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, taxes, or other external factors.

2.2 Cancellation policies for bookings will be clearly communicated to the clients at the time of reservation. Clients are responsible for adhering to these policies.

 

Travel Documents:

3.1 It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that they possess all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, for the entire duration of the trip.

3.2 The Agency will provide general information regarding travel documents, but clients are advised to verify specific requirements with relevant authorities.

 

Travel Insurance:

4.1 The Agency strongly recommends that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

 

Changes to Itinerary:

5.1 The Agency reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, if necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes before the commencement of the trip.

5.2 If a client requests changes to the itinerary after booking, additional fees may apply, subject to the availability of resources.

 

Health and Safety:

6.1 Clients must abide by all health and safety regulations of the destinations they visit.

6.2 The Agency shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or other adverse health effects incurred during the trip.

 

Liability:

7.1 The Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers. It shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by these providers.

7.2 The Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

 

Force Majeure:

8.1 The Agency shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.

 

Complaints and Disputes:

9.1 Any complaints or disputes arising during the trip must be reported to the Agency promptly to allow for resolution.

9.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be governed by the laws of the [Jurisdiction] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.

 

Amendments to the Agreement:

10.1 The Agency reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be bound by the version of the Agreement in place at the time of booking.

 

Severability:

11.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

By engaging in a transaction or utilizing any services offered by the Agency, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is the clients’ responsibility to review and keep themselves informed of any changes to this Agreement.
